Photo call for Leeds 2023

Leeds people needed to #MakeLeeds2023

Leeds is bidding to be the European Capital of Culture in 2023 and as many people as possible are needed to support the bid by taking part in the official Leeds Bid 2023 launch photo: an aerial shot of people making up the number ‘2023’ to mark 100 days to go until the Capital of Culture bids are due.

Wear bright colours and assemble on the grass in front of The Tetley.
